Seeking a relaxing, new and private home for your vacation that is across the street from the water with miles of beach to explore? Come stay with us and build memories for a lifetime at our Sunbury Cove Retreat!

With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a bonus room with a pull out queen size bed, this open, airy, sun-filled home of 1900+ sqft can sleep up to 10.

Enjoy the expansive front deck where you can sit on Adirondack chairs enjoying your morning coffee as the sunrise paints the sky, or star gaze at night with a glass of wine.

Grill that catch you made on a fishing expedition or have a lovely BBQ on our gas grill.

Take the two kayaks out for trip in the warm water of Bedeque Bay. Adult life jackets supplied, and kayaks are on rollers for easy mobility.

Pull out one of our yard games and play in the expansive yard.

Pack the wagon and cooler that we provide and take a trip down to the beach with the beach chairs (2), towels and sand toys we have on site.

Or if you would like to spend more time inside, we have a principle bedroom on the 1st floor with a king size bed that sleeps two and has a closet system to hold all your clothes. Attached is a bathroom featuring a stand alone soaking tub and separate shower. This room has a TV with a Firestick so you can sign into your favorite streaming accounts or use the built in DVD player.

Two bedrooms upstairs feature queen size beds that sleep two each. A full-size bathroom with a double vanity is between them. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and a full closet with a system to hold all your clothes.

Our upstairs bonus room has a queen size pull out bed that can sleep two. Additionally, two floor chairs convert to single floor beds for smaller children (recommended ages are 12 and under). Sleeping bags are provided for snuggling down on these. A Smart TV makes this the perfect movie night room! This room is a wonderful place for children to hang out in and play in while adults enjoy the open floor plan on the first floor.

A first floor gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance and a perfect place to sit in front of while watching the Smart TV and conversing with those in the brand new kitchen featuring all new appliances, quartz counter tops and all that you need to prepare one delicious meal after another. Games and puzzles are provided in the built in cabinets flanking the fireplace. A large island seats two and provides plenty of space to prepare meals. Adjacent to the dining table, which seats 8, you can enjoy all your meals together with the ocean as a backdrop.

A first floor laundry area with a full size washer and dryer allows you to do your laundry and provides a connection to the garage area where a drop zone for sunglasses, sunscreen and beach hats is. Beach towels and all outdoor accessories are in the garage for your convenience.

The house is fully stocked with bedsheets, quilts, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, beach towels and kitchen towels. We have provide scent and dye free laundry detergent for your convenience.

Heating and AC are provided through a heat pump, and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and main living room.

Our home is located down a beautiful red sand and gravel road. We suggest four wheel drive vehicles for spring and winter visitors to help navigate the conditions.

Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled with at least 60 days notice prior to the start of the stay will be given a full refund. You will not refunded for the stay or deposits for leaving the home prior to the scheduled departure date. As homeowners, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with a minimum of 60 days notice and a full refund.
