At this family-friendly, two-story home, spend your summer mornings sipping coffee out on your furnished, upper-level balcony, admiring the expansive, green view, and afternoons downstairs on the wraparound porch.

Inside, you'll find a cozy cabin vibe with wood-paneled ceilings and two gas fireplaces to keep everyone toasty warm. The open layout combines a living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it a dream for spending time together. The chef can make mealtime magic with a full suite of appliances and plentiful counter space. Indulge in your feast with the whole gang at the large dining table.

After days outdoors, unwind on the sofa while you toss the day's clothes in the convenient washer/dryer for a refresh. Watch a bit of TV in either living area or check your social feeds with complimentary internet access. Sleep will come easy in any of the well-appointed bedrooms, where you can drift off dreaming of your first - and next - dreamy vacation day in the meadow.

This home does not have air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
