This is a very charming, centrally located property with a super comfortable feel. Wonderfully updated has beautiful dark walnut hardwood floors and woodwork throughout. Being meticulously renovated and furnished this house is sure to be a comfortable home away from home.

What makes this property unique

I have made the house a smart house for convenience and increased pleasure with Alexa, smart tv's, smart lights, smart lock for keyless entry, smart thermostat and security cameras for peace of mind. Dollar store, Mexican restaurant and gas stations all within very short walking distance(1-3 minutes).
