Conveniently located < 10 minutes from almost everything (Downtown, North park mall, Vander Veer park, Genesis hospitals, St. Ambrose University, Palmer, Interstate I-80). Everything was perfect about this stay! My daughter and I were traveling for a soccer tournament and there was quite a bit of downtime between games. It was wonderful to have a home away from home! Highly recommend!

Ok For A Quick Stay

Space was okay for what we needed (funeral) we checked in late at night and were able to get in easily. Beds & Couch were very very uncomfortable, Owner charged us a full day even though we checked in after 10pm, also charged a cleaning fee & service fee in which service fee was not even explained, as far as the cleaning fee they charged is outrageous when they asked for dishes trash and beds be taken care of before checkout, also we got no response from owner after checking out. After all this we will not recommend this rental, unless you're in a bind
