Very relaxing stay

Nice house, very clean, comfortable, the owner was always very nice and quick to respond to questions. We would like to return next year for our annual business trip.

Everything was perfect about this stay! My daughter and I were traveling for a soccer tournament and there was quite a bit of downtime between games. It was wonderful to have a home away from home! Highly recommend!

2nd yr, staying here, it is perfect for us as we are both slightly handicapped, it is all one floor, nicely set up, always clean, well-supplied with necessities in case we forget something, again really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us, Hope we can stay again next year same week.

Ok For A Quick Stay

Space was okay for what we needed (funeral) we checked in late at night and were able to get in easily. Beds & Couch were very very uncomfortable, Owner charged us a full day even though we checked in after 10pm, also charged a cleaning fee & service fee in which service fee was not even explained, as far as the cleaning fee they charged is outrageous when they asked for dishes trash and beds be taken care of before checkout, also we got no response from owner after checking out. After all this we will not recommend this rental, unless you're in a bind

Hi Cynthia, thanks for your review. Our listing lists all the details regarding the check-in time and cleaning fees we charge. VRBO itself manages the bookings based on your selected dates, we as hosts have no control over it. We're sorry to hear that your experience with us is suboptimal. We're new to hosting and used Ashley's furniture because we use them at our home too. Furthermore, we're new to hosting ourselves and will re-evaluate the uncomfortableness you experienced. Thanks for staying with us. Warm regards, Prabh & Harki

A great space for us. Plenty of room for my 2 older children and husband and I. Son said couch slept well. Near parks, Riverwalk, and everything we wanted to see. Visiting family who live in Milan, IL. Easy to get back and forth from. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.
