It is an exclusive one bedroom apartment located in Isleta Marina a private island 5 minutes from the coast of Fajardo PR. Enjoy the stunning harbor view and the beautiful sunset over the Caribbean. It is a luxury apartment with all kinds of comforts and unique style. This apartment was recently remodeled with custom furniture and has all the necessary equipment to make your stay memorable, just relax and enjoy.

Balcony on 7th floor with a beautiful Marine view.
Guest access
Guests must park in a private parking lot ($6.00 approximately) right in front of the pier and take a ferry ( cost free) to get to the island ( Isleta Marina). It takes guests every 20 minutes approximately.
Ferry operation hours:
Sunday- Thursday 6:30am - 10:30 pm
Friday and Saturdays 6:30am - 11:30 pm
It is mandatory for all guests to register the security guard upon arrival.

Please note that:
- Isleta Marina is a secluded private island and there is no grocery store. We recommend to buy some groceries in the main land before arriving.
- keep in mind ferry hours for your travel arrangements.
-Only registered guests are allowed in the property
- No visits or additional guests are allowed
- Please take extra care of your keys, lost keys or locked inside the apartment, incur an extra charge ( $50)
- No pets are allowed
- This is a non smoking unit
- This is a high floor unit ( 7 th floor) not suitable for children under 12. Be careful!
