Broadway Bungalow 2 is a cozy two bedroom, one bathroom duplex unit with a spacious floorplan for it's size. It is a single level unit with two car garage and fully fenced backyard! Located just off of Broadway Avenue, it is quick to get to a variety of local shops, restaurants, activities, and amenities. Head South for freeway access, with the Boise Airport just minutes away, or head North straight past BSU into Downtown Boise!

Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine
