Come to enjoy a spacious studio overlooking the large backyard in a friendly, cozy house, in a very safe location, and minutes from DTC.

This studio comes with a private entrance including your own bathroom, shower, and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, one burner Electric stove, and all essential kitchenware. It may serve as an incredible opportunity for a short or long stay.
The large workspace desk in the studio is great for those working from home. The Wifi is strong and fast.
The laundry room is the only shared space.

The patio has a high table and 3 chairs for you to enjoy your Coffee or meal outside while enjoying the bunnies and squirrels playing in the large grassy beautiful backyard.

We are centrally located close to major highways, shopping areas, DTC, parks and Reservior.

It is centrally located close to major freeways I-25 and I-225.

We are within walking distance from Belleview Square shopping, restaurants, supermarket, Chase bank, the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Cherry Creek School, Cherry Creek Reservoir, and many hiking and biking trails.
Also, conveniently within the Eruv of Aish of the Rockies synagogue.
This location has it all to make you enjoy this studio and be close to everything fun: work, entertainment, and outdoor. Easy access to enjoy all that the DTC has to offer including renowned restaurants, an active lifestyle, live concerts, and Park Meadows Mall.
