Walking distance to local shops and less than 2 miles to the Delhi college golf course. 19 Miles to Oneonta, and less than an hour drive to Cooperstown. The house is complete with a new Washer/Dryer and a dishwasher. Come and relax this summer in the Catskill mountains!
