Vintage Blue is a 3 bedroom family home inside the beachside Avalon neighborhood at Miramar Beach, Florida!
This home is great for families. It's five minute walking distance to Avalon's private beach access and one block away from the neighborhood community pool. The downstairs is an open space with a comfortable living area and a complete kitchen for home cooking. It also has a screened in porch, which is great for hanging out and letting all of life's stress melt away.
This home has 3 bedrooms with the master located downstairs adjacent to the living room area and two bedrooms located upstairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a queen bed and the other room has two single beds. The couch downstairs in the living room is a sleeper sofa offering more sleeping space for guests.
This is a family home in a very quiet neighborhood so no parties are allowed! This home is also located less than a mile away from awesome local restaurants such as Pompano Joes and Kenny D's.
