Growing up exploring the mountains, rivers, and lakes, we wanted to create a place that was tranquil and re energizing for guests enjoying the area. Brian is a Real Estate Agent and Sales Operations Director for a large Real Estate Brokerage who enjoys human connection and providing exemplary customer service. Heather Is a Holistic Life Coach, Yoga/Breath work instructor, and enjoys intimate one on one connections.

We spend a lot of time working and also spend a lot of time exploring the unlimited lakes, rivers and secrete spots in the areas, 4x4 trails, coastal getaways, off trail campgrounds, as well as the city life of the Sacramento Grid. #SacGrid

Why they chose this property

Our property is like no other, as we back up to a private park Evergreen Commons HOA located just out the back gate of the property. 3.5 acres of of manicured greens, playgrounds, 2 large pools, BBQs, and Basketball court. We have a private hotter on our patio for use as well as a canvas camping tent with fireplace and projector movie screen for a glamping type feel experience. Our home also offers smart locks on the doors for added security.

Minutes away from everything we are more than happy to advise you on all the best p[laces in the area to go or take to local outdoor places or our favorite eateries.
