What a lovely place! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. Great location with reserved parking. We didn't have any problems but the host was very responsive and I am sure would have taken care of any issues.

Great property! Just what we needed… close proximity to midtown, clean and cozy, a place for four of us to relax and spend quality time together. Owner Sam was so responsive and helpful! I accidentally locked myself out and he was able to get me back in (remotely!). I was so grateful. The surrounding neighborhood was a nice surprise. I enjoyed a 1 mile walk and explored much of it. The Cuban Mexican place (Gondo Fusion) is less than a minute walk and soooo good!!

Location and home was quite satisfactory. What was NOT was the fact that the back 1/2 of the house was occupied by another tenant without disclosure. This was down right creepy. What else was unnerving was the ring recording us every time we came and went and the TV volume is locked at a certain level as is the HVAC system, were all adults here......... The TV volume was hard for my family member who has difficulty hearing. I would not be inclined to rent this unit again, we didnt feel safe.

Yes, we are all adults, First of all the back unit is separately from the front unit and he has no access to the house where you stayed. Second, AC thermostat it’s set under control not to go below 69 in the cool and not to go higher than 78 in the heat so that’s a really very normal temperature. Third, TV remote control not under any control restriction and I don’t even know how to do Control on remote control. Maybe you did not know how to use that remote control for the TV. Sorry you felt uncomfortable, but we do our best for everybody and all my other reviews are five star so there you have it
