Good listing no surprises, quiet neighborhood nice neighbors. Property manager communicated very well. Location suited our needs. We had a great week in the Melbourne area.

Convenient for FIT visit

Enjoyed the pool while we were there. Great location for visiting a student at Florida Institute of Technology. Great view from the driveway of a launch.

Melbourne home with pool

Home is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice sized bedrooms, with comfortable beds. Living room very nice with reclining love seat and couch. Kitchen nicely equipped and nice appliances. No ice maker, but 2 bags of ice in the freezer. Bathrooms a little small but that was how the house was built. Nice master shower. Pool is great and large fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. I definitely recommend this property for a stay in this area.

Clean, safe, fenced, convenient

House was very clean, in a safe location and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Fenced yard was completely secure for our dogs, pool was wonderful, had plenty of convenient items in kitchen and bathrooms. Buiyan has been a pleasure to work with. We had no problems during our stay and would rent again! Loved the flamingo float in the pool!

Cool pool, best located

Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super. Besonders herauszuheben ist die Lage. 20 min zum Strand, alle Supermärkte in max 3-10 min erreichbar.

3 Day Getaway.

Myself and a couple of family members try to get way for a couple of days each year for fun, reflection and some beach time. Although the pictures present brand new status, the house has been updated and lived in. That being said, accommodations were generally clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Like anyplace we stay, we want to be able to sleep, eat, and relax comfortably without major issues like bugs, security, and noise. This house had none of these issues that we could see and a pool was a plus. We used it minimally as we were in Melbourne to enjoy the beach and shop which we did. The owner is friendly and accessible, but we only needed to let them know about a few issues that we feel confident will be taken care of. My family and I would definitely stay here again as the location is within minutes of all types of necessity item shopping, restaurants, and the beach is less than 10 minutes away in traffic and the house is comfortable.

German Cockroaches crawling out of kitchen receptacles…left evidence on the stove

German cockroaches crawling out of kitchen receptacles! Left evidence on the stove! The water pressure was bad, the yard weeds not mowed, puppy was full of burrs, the beds were not comfortable, only master bedroom has a small tv and the living room tv was ok but very cramped space. The pool was very cold, no outside hose-we left two stacks of wood-unsafe to light the fire pit. The screen doors hard to close.The house was clean and adequate for two nights…they def need an exterminator! Gross!!!

Relaxing weekend

Beautiful house and very quiet neighborhood. We visited with family for the weekend and enjoyed swimming in the pool every morning and sitting in the huge back yard while our dog played. The kitchen was very well equipped.
