Please do not change any settings. When running the heat/air conditioning, please keep windows and doors closed. In winter, please return the thermostat to 55F and in summer 75F
No fire/fireworks or anything that has the potential to cause a fire are not permitted.
No trespassing on neighboring private property.
No illegal drugs or illegal/criminal activity on the property
No mid-stay cleaning is provided unless arranged in advance
Report any accidental damage right away.
You are 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond the cleaning fee.
