This was the perfect house for our Florida vacation! We have family nearby which made it easy to hangout. The owner contacted us ahead of time to let us know things that were at the house so we didn’t have to pack extra! Really cute gift basket waiting for us at the house and snacks which was so nice! We loved the hot tub and such a perfect location at the end of the road and nearby food and shopping! We will 100 percent stay here again. Great communication and things for everyone to do! The kids loved it!

5/5 stay for us and friends

Pleasantly surprised with how great this place was. Host was very communicative to our questions and concerns. The sunroom and hot tub was very pleasant, and utilities all in order. In the back of neighborhood, quiet and relaxing.

This house is comfortable and spacious, with a large primary suite, big living room, two additional bedrooms and plenty of closet space. The furniture and decor were tasteful. The home was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. Our host communicated clearly and promptly.

6 out of 5 stars!!

If i could give 6 stars for this property and host I would. My fiance and I enjoyed the home while visiting family in Melbourne and enjoyed all of the amenities and attention to details by the host. It was easy and flexible working with the host and we absolutely enjoyed the property. If available, we will stay here during our future visits and look forward to bringing our kids back with us.

Great property

Property is very convenient to everything you need including the beach. Some great little dining places in Melbourne/Indialantic by the Sea. House was super clean! Has so many extras to help the stay more enjoyable. Spacious with nice split layout. Ali went above and beyond and communication was top notch! Thanks for the welcome gift too!

An Amazing Stay – My Go-To Spot in Melbourne

This place was perfect for my trip to Melbourne! The owner was super friendly and informative. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials—even things I forgot to pack. I especially appreciated the labels around the home; they made everything easy to find. The location is ideal—close to restaurants and entertainment. One spot I really enjoyed was Squid Lips—the food and service there were fantastic!I stay here every time I visit Melbourne, and I always recommend it to my friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ali's!! It was just as described and Ali was a great host. We had a late arrival and Ali was kind enough to leave all of the porch lights on for us. Upon entering the house we discovered a lovely gift basket and handwritten note. The house is one of the best stocked houses that we've encountered. My husband and I traveled with two college aged kids and we enjoyed the hot tub, outside BBQ, pool table, etc. Got a great laugh out of the kids playing the interactive Nex playground video game that hooks up to the tv. The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. I would def stay here again. Five stars!!

We had a wonderful welcome. Lights on. Fans running. Temperature set to perfection. The hot tub was clean and new and ready for a soak. The tvs were easy to work and watch. A few items were in the refrigerator and cabinets. The spice rack was complete. Plentiful plate, bowls, glasses, paper plates and utensils. The coffee maker was ready to use for a pot or single serve. Not a thing was lacking.

Perfect stay in Palm Bay!

Right from the start the host/owner Was very receptive to all my questions. Ali was very accommodating. We were renovating another house a few minutes up the road. This was the perfect retreat. After a long day of work. Everything was immaculate. It was nice to have a welcoming snack. If you’re looking for a place that is new, clean, and welcoming this is your place today in Palm Bay.
