- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- All guests must be declared prior to check-in - building security requires all guest to be registered
- Security will issue wrist bands that must be worn inside the building and rooftop at all times as a guest
- The couch is NOT to be used as a bed; guests found using it as such risk losing their reservation. Please contact Guest Services if you want to inquire the use of the couch for sleeping purposes - additional fees apply as it needs to be properly cleaned at the end of your stay.

- Outside food and drink of any kind is not permitted on the rooftop.

**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are non smoking. The State and HOA will impose fines for any violations.
