This WHOLE HOUSE charming ocean view, 7 bedroom, 4 bath house was completely remodeled in 2023. Perfect for couples and families, this rental is compromised of 2 separate units and each has its own full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C.
You can enjoy a fantastic view of the beach & ocean from this home's large front open porch or the 2nd deck. Either is great for summer entertaining.
Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 2 dedicated parking spots, in family friendly Belmar. This house welcomes you and your family, friends or reunion to ocean living. No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 12 beach badges, 8 backpack beach chairs, 8 beach towels and 4 umbrellas provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web.
