Contemporary Condo in Aspen Core
This beautiful four bedroom condo is located just three blocks from Restaurant Row. Easy access to the gondola by short walk or shuttle which stops on the corner every 20 minutes. All bedroom are en suite. Primary bedroom includes large bathroom with dual sinks and a steam shower with bench. There are queen beds and a flat screen television in each of the suites. The living space has an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen including built in dining area, living room with flat screen television and fireplace, and a deck off of the living room where guests can enjoy the view of Aspen Mountain. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an on site laundry room. One off street parking space plus a guest pass are provided with the rental. Finishes include walnut floors, maple cabinetry, stone fireplace, river stone in all bathrooms and beautiful linens.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, I moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2005. I came here with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle and the beauty of Aspen, but there are a few things I did not leave behind: my strongly instilled Midwestern work ethic and welcoming nature. Believing that each of us has a part in shaping the community we live in, I serve as President of the Board at The Little Red School House, Board Member of Meadow Ranch Homeowner’s Association from 2014-2015, and have volunteered for Roaring Fork Hospice (now Hospice of the Valley).
