Really great stay here! Property manager was very responsive and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is so rare for a 4bdrm! The kitchen was awesome and fully equipped. We stayed for 9 days and felt at home. Property has a great patio as well and you can easily walk anywhere in town you want.
The listing was accurate. All in all it was an excellent experience. The condominium building is a bit old and we were without hot water for a day, but that was not the host's ability to control.
This condo has 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, lots of storage in each room & a full bathroom in each. Smart tv’s in each room plus living room. Location to town is walkable. The only slight downside was the size of the living room. It only seats 4 comfortably in a unit that sleeps 8. We cooked every morning & almost every night & while functional the oven/range could use an upgrade.
The second floor unit has a very nice common area with large kitchen table and ample seating in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped and the coffee maker worked well. It was so nice having 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms! Huge bonus for everyone. The only negative is I think it’s time to replace the bed linens in the rooms. A/C would have been fantastic since it was a warm week however there are several fans everywhere. Overall we had a fantastic stay. Thank you!
Everyone has an en-suite room. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. The fireplace made for cozy apres ski tv watching, and an easy walk to everything in downtown Aspen. Highly recommended.
Great condo for family of 5. Everyone had their own bedroom and en suite bath, perfect for adult children. Kitchen was well laid out and large dining table was good for family meals. Location was convenient to town, the mountain and buses. Sarah, the property manager, was very responsive to all our needs.
Great Property, bettter than described.
Excellent and extraordinary communication with Sarah the manager.
Clean and Spacious everything worked perfectly and we were 4 couples and everyone had its own private room and private bathroom.
We have been going to Aspen for New Years eve for 6 years now and by far this property has been one of the best we have stayed in.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, I moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2005. I came here with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle and the beauty of Aspen, but there are a few things I did not leave behind: my strongly instilled Midwestern work ethic and welcoming nature. I began working in real estate in 2005 and became a licensed broker and Realtor in 2007. I believe a property in the Roaring Fork Valley is not just an investment, but a lifestyle choice made when a person connects with our community. To that end, I work tirelessly to find not only the perfect house for my clients, but to make this valley feel like home. My knowledge of the inventory allows me to pair my clients with the perfect property. Having a firm pulse on our local real estate market and overall economy help me negotiate the best deals on behalf of my clients. My tenacity earned me a spot amongst the Top 50 producing brokers in Aspen in 2015, as well as Top Producing Broker in 2020 and 2021. I live in Snowmass Village with my husband Will, daughter Ellis, and dog Truman. Believing that each of us has a part in shaping the community we live in, I serve as President of the Board at The Little Red School House, Board Member of Meadow Ranch Homeowner’s Association from 2014-2015, and have volunteered for Roaring Fork Hospice (now Hospice of the Valley).
