Perfect house and stay

The house is amazing, lots of space, well equipped kitchen. Best part of the trip was relaxing at the patio. Supermarket and eating options nearby. The owner was super helpful during the reservation process to accomodate our group during the dates we needed.

Great place to stay before our amazing cruise! We were able to walk and Uber short distances to Calle Ocho, Little Havana, Coral Gabels & South Beach to explore some Miami culture. House was new and clean. Fit our group of 6 perfectly! Can’t wait to stay again!

Great location and nice duplex

The location and house were very good. We had a problem with the beds. The master beds frame was broken when we arrived. I immediately contacted the host who didn’t reply until much later. We had to drag the mattress onto the floor for the whole stay. The frame on another bed came apart on the first night. Not broken, but it wasn’t assembled properly. We had to put that mattress too for the whole stay.

Simple. Clean. Great Location BUT Does NOT Sleep 10!

The house was clean, the A/C worked great, the backyard is super cute and the location was perfect — just minutes from downtown Coral Gables with great shopping and restaurants. 15 min to UM baseball field too. However, the listing says it sleeps 10, which is very misleading. It comfortably sleeps 6 in three queen beds, but the remaining "sleeping arrangements" were unclear and disappointing. I should have asked for specifics. The air mattress deflated quickly, and the sofa was far too small for two adults — maybe one small adult and a child. The host should be more transparent about how the additional guests are expected to sleep. The description mentions a 4th bathroom that does not exist (not that you need it).
