Steps away from the Beach

Come enjoy the Jersey Shore! You choose the length of stay! (WEEKLY RENTAL June-Sept) (Short term/extended stay Oct-May)
Two unit beach house is steps away from the sand and just a short walk to the newly remodeled Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Perfect for long walks, running and biking!
House is located on a quiet side street with ample parking. Neighbors are friendly and always looking out for each other. Very safe, comfortable easy going living. Just a short drive away there is plenty of shopping and easy access to the Garden State Parkway.
This 2nd floor unit has a large private deck and fenced in back yard. Fully furnished with TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. Sofa has two recliners! Beautiful enclosed 2nd floor porch with large daybed in the front of the house with windows all around -perfect for hanging out with a good book or having an extra guest!
Pets are allowed at the owner's discretion.
SMOKING however, is NOT ALLOWED. (The house is used by the owner's family with members having severe allergies to smoke--we appreciate the consideration).
All utilities are included. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes an extra large microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Washer and Dryer are in the unit for easy access!
Bathroom has a full size bathtub and outside there is a fully enclosed private shower.
The unit is exceptionally clean and well appointed.

Fun at the beach

Great location to quieter section of beach

Location was great, even with the hike to the boardwalk.. the quieter section of the beach definitely made up for it. House was on the smaller side but still fit the 6 of us nicely.. only complaints r the kitchen could have been better stocked and it was listed as having queen beds in each room, yet they were smaller then a queen. Otherwise great location and communication.
