We got more for our stay

We all had a good time staying wife didn't complain one time that never happens she was actually happy and content. That made my stay even more relaxing I highly recommend anyone to stay here home away from home !

Great space

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo Inn. We had lots of great space for all of us. Sam is very responsive in messages. I suggested several small tweaks that will help make the place even better for families and he was very receptive. We enjoyed our visit to Denver!

Met our family needs

The Flamingo Inn met our needs of housing our family of 6 and a small dog. It was Decorated nicely, comfortable enough beds, 2 bathrooms, cooking utensils, more than enough towels, fenced in back yard, & enclosed party room we enjoyed. For the money we paid, we expected better lighting, updated cabinets, a dishwasher, painting framework/filling holes would help make this a 5 star unit.

Cute and spacious

We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Communication with Sam was easy and he is very responsive. The house is a gem because each room is comfortable and the location is central to a lot of good restaurants. We didn’t have any complaints except that trash bins were already full when we arrived from previous guests but Sam said for us not to worry. I would definitely stay again because it was so comfortable that we felt at home.

Comfortable, fun, and easy!

The Flamingo Inn was a perfect place to stay. We came to Denver for a funeral, so we needed a place during.the week that was quiet and affordable. We loved this place from the start. Check in was easy, the home was clean and warm, the bedrooms were perfect for myself, husband, and 3 young adult children. The bathrooms were modern and had all the basics you need. The kitchen was well-equipped and we ate most of our meals there. But the highlight was the ping pong table! We had great times laughing as we played in the cute rec room area. I liked the location, as it was easy to get on the highway or to take the main streets to shopping areas. We'd gladly stay here again. It was a perfect home base. We hope to come again for a happier occasion.

Flamingo home

The pictures/listing are different than the actual property. This is an older home, in an older neighborhood. There has been some remodeling completed but there several holes in the walls and doors, peeling paint, and work that needs to be done. If you want to feel comfortable while on vacation, this place may not be great for a family. The ping pong table was broken and there were no smoke detectors in the home. There is ac in the home but you are not able to regulate the upstairs and downstairs, so the basement is extremely cold if the ac is on. Communication with the home owner was good.
