It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen with gas oven/stove, and with a small dining room. A/C and Heating. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Twi additional guest can be accommodated with an air mattress in the living room. Guest have use of the heated “Spool”, (1/4 size of a regular pool, part pool, part spa). Downtown Yuma, Yuma Regional Medical Center, MCAS Yuma, and YPG are all about a 20-30 minute drive. Algadones, Mexico for great food, dental work, or eye glasses, is just a bit farther.
