Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our house has 5 Suites and 1 Additional full bath for general use! 😊 Private Pool! Grill area! Ocean Front, easy car access with private parking!
House Rules:
Obscene Music or too loud is not allowed
We are not responsible for anything forgotten in the property
The number of people above the established 10 guest is not allowed - unless arrange with a prior host approval - any additional Guest without host approval will result in an extra charge per night per guest
Restricted parking for 3 cars, If you need extra parking you have the land behind the house to use for additional parking
If you lose the remote control of the entry gate or air conditioning or television, we will charge $300 reais each.
Guest is not allowed to touch the light panel or pool pumps!
Its highly restricted 🚫 the use of Glass Cup or Glass plates or any glass type, around or inside of the pool! Guest will be charge for any glass broken in or around the pool!
SunTan Oil not allowed in pool!
NO SMOKING 🚭 OF ANY KIND ALLOWED!!
House Towels are for bathroom suites use only, not for pool or beach use!
