Amazing large 2-story chalet next to a beautiful park, close to the Beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, and the Turia, all 5 min by taxi. IDEAL for families! Realize this is truly a huge property, with over 300 m² of interior space and 180 m² of outdoor garden and sun deck space. It is recently renovated and eco-friendly, running on green solar energy! Feel free to enjoy all the amenities, including updated kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, a pro pool table, a foosball table, an Xbox X and retro Nintendo gaming, a well equipped fitness room, and a 166” Ultra 4K cinema home theater with Dolby Surround Sound. There is a garden courtyard (the Zen Zone) with bamboo lounge chairs and BBQ grill (with table and umbrella) to enjoy sunny Valencia. I just added a jacuzzi outdoor pool to the Zen Zone with space for 4 - 5 people! Upstairs there is also a sun deck with lounge chairs, hammocks and palm tree views. Welcome!

Amazing Place to stay with friends

This property is in an ideal location as many of Valencia's attractions are only a bus ride away. The building is lovely and the access to foosball, pool and streaming services greatly elevated our stay. Vincenzo is a great host and helped us via text whenever we asked for it. I could not recommend a better place for a group holiday.

Fantastically equipped villa

We had good communication from Vincenzo right from booking. The villa is a good size and well equipped. The large pool table was a hit with everyone, along with the huge screen television. Vincenzo was on hand for information and recommendations. The location is quiet and residential, but is only a short drive from the city centre and beach. The villa has all the home comforts and the all important comfortable beds!

This is a great space with lots of added extras that makes it extra special. It’s outside the centre of the city closer to the beach so a little quieter but close to transport links (so easy to get to the heart of València). Vincenzo is an excellent and attentive host. His communication was great and when we messaged him when the bbq ran out of gas he replaced it immediately. Check-in was very easy. Would highly recommend if you want to balance a city visit with relaxing with friends and family.

JGA in dieser Unterkunft absolut perfekt!

Wir haben mit insgesamt 8 Leuten einen Junggesellenabschied gefeiert und das war die perfekte Unterkunft dafür! Geiler Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch, Beamer(inkl. XBox) und sehr guter Soundanlage! Der näheste Supermarkt ist in ca. 8 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit Auto/Taxi/Uber ist man in kürzester Zeit(ca.10min) am Strand bzw. auch beim Marina Beach Club(Disco). Zudem sehr gute Klimaanlage, einen Jacuzzi, einen Gasgrill und einen Kicker. Alles was ein Männerherz begehrt Außerdem ist der Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit und kennt sich mit den Gegebenheiten absolut Top aus, mit ihm kann man auch mal ein bisschen plaudern. Top Mann! PS: Kühlschrank mit Trinkwasser- und Eiswürfelspender ist auch dabei!

Wonderful Property and Host.

We had a great stay. Vincenzo was a great host, let us check in early and was available if we needed him. The house is fantastic. We were there for our daughters wedding. My wife did all the flowers and we were able to do all the prep work in the house with no problem, there is so much space. The night before the wedding we organized a party and had between 50 and 60 people at the house. There was plenty of room. The pool table was great to keep people entertained. Outside area is nice and secure. Very easy parking on the street out front and a short drive to downtown area or the beach. There is a small shop nearby you can walk to if you need any essentials. Beds were very comfortable and shower works great. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Valencia and needs some space to relax. If we ever go back we will look to see if this house is available. Thanks Vincenzo, hope the new puppy is doing well.

Tolles Haus in Valencia

Hi there, I am originally from Canada, but have roots in Italy and Argentina! I worked as a doctor for 15 years in Miami, Florida and now doing philanthropic work.

Why they chose this property

I like that it is a quiet residential neighborhood and it is totally soundproof to neighbors. It is a an actual house, with a real courtyard, compared to the usual tiny apartments (pisos) that are everywhere in Valencia. I also love the easy access to the Malvarossa and Pinedo beaches, and historic city center.

What makes this property unique

This property was renovated with love and made to be eco-friendly, using new 28 solar panels and batteries (and even a solar water heater). You also get the chance to watch movies on the big cinema screen, play pool, foosball, or work out in the fitness room.
