Abbiamo soggiornato per il week end dedicato alla gare dell'IronMan70.3, eravamo in 8, 6 adulti e 2 bambini. La struttura molto comoda ed elegante è dotati di ampi spazi. Il proprietario super gentile ci ha accolto e supportato in tutte le nostre esigenze. La struttura, posizionata nel tranquillo quartiere di Nazaret, non è in centro, ma molto comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni.

Nice large house

Super nice house with "unusual" elements (kicker, pool table, piano, super large TV/Cinema style). 3 large bedrooms, one large living/dining room. Nespresso Coffee. Super nice host, very helpful. a bit outside of Valencia but you can get into town easy by car.

Why they chose this property

I like that it is a quiet residential neighborhood and it is totally soundproof to neighbors. It is a an actual house, with a real courtyard, compared to the usual tiny apartments (pisos) that are everywhere in Valencia. I love the easy access to the Malvarossa and Pinedo beaches, as well as the city center.

What makes this property unique

This property was renovated with love and made to be eco-friendly, using 28 solar panels, and a solar water heater. You also get the chance to watch movies on the big screen, play pool, foosball, or work out in the fitness room.
