Enjoy this completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo centrally located in Ocean City's Bay area. THIS IS A FAMILY ONLY RENTAL AND DOES NOT ACCEPT SENIOR WEEK OR GROUP RENTALS. on the large front deck to enjoy morning coffee and relax after the beach on the rear deck or large shared back yard. Located close to everything, but out of the hustle/bustle of the downtown and boardwalk area. also located 1/2 block from Ocean City's bay fishing pier to cast your line or just enjoy our fabulous sunsets.
The beaches in Ocean City, New Jersey stretch for eight miles along the coast and are known as one of the safest beaches in all of Sothern New jersey, with lifeguards on duty throughout the summer season. The beaches are not the only thing that makes Ocean City New jersey a popular family resort destination. Ocean City's world-famous Boardwalk is an active part of the vacation experience from sunrise for joggers and bike riders to late into the evenings for families to enjoy. A variety of stores and shops, miniature golf, restaurants, arcades, movie theater, and an amusement parks line our Boardwalk with something for all ages. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. Check in 2pm/Check out 10am

Great house!
Loved the house! Little farther to beach then used to but great location! Wish the back area was grass would look wonderful! Thank you all for being kind. The neighbors upstairs were also wonderful. Let us use driveway and parked in front of driveway because no parking for July 4th!
