You'll want to spend lots of time on the balcony taking in the ocean side view while sitting in the balcony chairs and sipping on a cold drink in the afternoon or coffee in the morning!

The private beach access is just an elevator ride away, as are the oversized heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.

Nothing beats the luxury of private beach access—just seconds from your door to the sandy shore!

You will have access to all of condo 314, plus common areas: coin or app operated laundry rooms (one on the 1st floor, one on the 3rd floor), patio area with swimming pool and hot tub, one parking space (not assigned, use any available spot MUST have parking permit and a spot is NOT guaranteed), lawn in back, fish-cleaning station and private stairs/path to beach with body and foot shower.

You may be required to provide valid ID and pay a security deposit. Pets have a $75 per pet fee.
