Drum Run Cottage is newly renovated 2 bedroom home in Buxton 5 minutes drive to the beach and restaurants.
The space
Welcome to Drum Run Cottage! Our spacious, open concept, and newly renovated home is located in the heart of residential Buxton. Enjoy the coastal boho vibe with the decor and furnishings. There are large picture windows that let a ton of light in! The kitchen is fully equipped with an air fryer, drip and Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. The leathered granite countertops are new with beautiful floating shelves. The king and queen beds are very comfortable. There are Roku tv’s in both bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a new tile walk in shower.
There is a washer and dryer. You can take your coffee onto the back porch and rock with comfy rocking chairs. There is a 52 inch Roku tv and also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Luxury vinyl plank flooring is throughout. We have a full dining area with leafs to the table that can be added upon request. There is nice bar seating as well. We have a fun coffee bar for your morning grind! Drum Run Cottage has three steps in the entrance and one step in the hall but otherwise one level. We are located on Highway 12 with a u shaped driveway with ample parking. No bumpy roads to go down here!

The cottage is tastefully renovated and designed. Super spacious with comfy beds. The outdoor shower is a huge plus when coming from the beach. Highly recommend.

Amazing beach cottage!

I just have to say the pictures do not do this place justice. This is the cleanest and best stocked vacation rental I have stayed at in the outer banks and I travel alot. The owners have thought of every detail from the soft linens and towels to super comfy beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Drum Run Cottage_Buxton, NC

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Drum Run Cottage in Buxton, NC. The cottage has been well updated, and the hosts are attentive to any and all needs. We felt like we were visiting a good friend's home. Love the outdoor shower...a must for our beach vacations! It was a real pleasure to spend time at Hatteras Island and to lodge at Drum Run Cottage.
