My wife Kathy and I purchased this property last year which was the culmination of a long and wishful dream! We have four grown adult children and one grandson - and this location is magical for us to all spend time together, enjoy the ocean air, the beach, the bay views and all that Holgate and Beach Haven have to offer. Why they chose this property
We believe this is a very unique property as it is adjacent to Clam Cove, which is a protected property in Long Beach Township. Because of this, the house has unobstructed views of the bay and views of the ocean from the living level. Quite beautiful.
What makes this property unique
You will immediately feel you are on vacation when at the house. The home is relatively new, a modern design and in great shape. We love it and take great care of it as well.
