Our 2/3 bedroom (Office), 3.5 bathroom home is 10 minutes to Berkeley and Oakland centers and 30 minutes to San Francisco. Nearest BART station is West Grand for access to the whole Bay Area. Our house is fully furnished. All amenities heat, fibre internet, water, SMARTTV, PS4, Treadmill and rowing machine included.
