Welcome to the luxury beach house of your dreams! Villa Amelia grants guests a full experience of high-end, oceanfront living. This 3-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom mansion resides along New Smyrna Beach's driving shore. When you aren't taking in the view from the second-story balcony, you can do so from either the pool, inside living areas, or the private boardwalk that leads right to the sand.
Before you venture upstairs, explore the main level that opens up from the garage. The foyer exudes grandeur with its baby grand piano, floor-to-ceiling windows, and staircase. Continue past the staircase, and you'll discover fun awaits in the nearby game room. This is the perfect space for late nights with family as the game room holds a pool table, a card table, a large Smart TV, and plenty of furniture for everyone to relax. Located just outside the game room is a wet bar with a full-size fridge and a half bathroom. Guests are welcome to park up to 3 vehicles in the garage. You'll find this space also has a mini gym and a spiral staircase leading to the second level. When you're ready to retire, say goodnight and head to the primary suite on the ground floor. This bedroom pampers with a king bed, ocean views, a Smart TV, a private balcony, and an extra-large closet for your luggage. Guests are truly pampered as the adjoining bathroom has a gorgeous double vanity, jetted bathtub, and large walk-in shower with multiple showerheads. The second and third bedrooms each sleep four as they both provide two queen beds. Bathrooms are located nearby one with a shower and the other with a jacuzzi-style bathtub and shower.

Family vacay 2022

Overall, we were very happy with the property. The wifi in the upstairs bedrooms did not work, so we had to find a place to check emails, etc. in common area. The top oven did not work. Our main complaint, however, was the pool. It was very cloudy and dirty. The pool company came on Monday and we were told that the owner had been informed that the pool needed to be acid washed and drained and new water put in the pool. We could not get in the pool for 24 hours, which was a pain. Then the pool heater somehow got turned on and the pool was extremely hot! We are from Florida and therefore understand that the pool is not going to be refreshing in the middle of summer, but this was well past that temperature. The pool company came out several more times and cleaned the pool and adjusted the temperature (something inside had been set that caused the heater to be on all the time).

This home is as incredible as it looks in the pictures...very clean, very well-stocked, and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet - but just a couple of miles to all the action on Flagler Ave. The back yard is amazing...totally private, HUGE pool...and the views from the top deck are wonderful, morning and night. You truly feel like you are at a resort!

Incredible Home and Property

Great things to say about our stay and the home. The property is secluded in NSB, which is a plus if you intend to just hang at the beach or at the pool for you entire stay, but it's a little hike to Flagler, restaurants, etc. But we wanted the solitude on this trip and got it. The property is quite beautiful the moment you enter the cded gates. It's gated front to back including the extensive walkway to the beach, which was quite enjoyable, watching the turtles come out from their nests. Love NSB. Home itself is quite impressive. Beautiful entry foyer leading to the different areas of the house. It was just the two of us and our pooch and all we wanted to do was sit at the pool, chill, have a few cocktails and try to decompress. This home provided that. The upstairs kitchen, dining, family area and door to the upstairs outdoor balcony were perfect for us. Watch the sunset across the Atlantic, and it's high enough to actually see Cape Canaveral to the south. And as perfect timing would have it, being early risers, we experienced a rocket heading into space. Pretty spectacular! If you're looking for a home for a few couples to have dining, leisure and separate spaces, it's perfect. There's a few bedrooms and kitchenette areas. One and only nit: pool could have been a bit cleaner for this property. Otherwise, 5 star review.
