The house was nice , clean A couple things ., we were very upset to have no hot tub, as it is listed twice and was a main reason for choosing this home. Some trash cans through out the house would be nice

More "Okay" than "Lux"

If you are looking for a decent place that's close to the Pearl, and sleeps 12 (not 14) people, and these are your primary criteria, this home will do. If you are looking for a luxury experience, there are likely better options for the price. What we liked – • Proximity to the Pearl District • 6 rooms with Queen or King beds, with clean sheets and fresh towels • Well stocked kitchen and home overall • Cold A/C • Host was very responsive What might improve the experience for future guests – • Make sure guests know they will be charged an "extra guest fee" for every guest. We were charged an additional $10 per guest ($120 total), even though the house sleeps 12 • Post more recent pictures of the home to give a more accurate representation of the current state of the home inside and out • Provide an update in the listing about the construction up and down the street and behind the house as well • Repair the front door keypad so that it can be locked from the outside, not just the inside • Consider repairing the flooring, which was uneven throughout the house • Repair the crack in the living room wall and the hole in the bedroom wall, fresh paint throughout • Remove trash in and around the home, including old liquor boxes in closets and rugs thrown outside • Invest in some lawn care • Increase the number of seating options in the living room and consider a new sofa that seats and sleeps • Consider a ventilation fan for the kitchen Overall, an okay stay at an okay home.
