This historic Wadsworth Square neighborhood has many renowned restaurants and bars. Do not miss an opportunity to enjoy Rocco or the vegan favorite the Owl House, this is an experience of a lifetime.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of spending time in a 7 family Victorian apartment building in downtown Rochester affords you the sense of community often lost in todays suburban sprawl.
