Scottsdale 3BR Condo in Beautiful Grayhawk Resort

Newly renovated, beautifully furnished 3 bedroom condo in a wonderful gated resort in North Scottsdale. The Grayhawk community is beautifully designed and landscaped offering true “desert” living in a resort-style, upscale residential community. Our unit has just become available for high season as our long-term snowbird renters have recently advised that they are not able to come back for 2026.

Our unit is a perfect desert oasis for snowbirds looking to escape winter. The third-floor unit is large with 1300 square feet of living space. Our living room has a Smart TV with ample room for sitting, relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig pod-style and Nespresso coffee maker. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, Smart TV, a full walk-in closet and a luxurious glass and slate shower in the master ensuite. The first guest bedroom has a full queen size bed and is perfect for children or guests. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart TV. The den off the hallway has a desk with wifi to keep in touch with family and friends. Our balcony overlooks the main Club House and pool providing a private spot for breakfast, outdoor relaxation or a late night glass of wine.

The amenities in The EDGE are similar to a high-end resort. Enjoy the full lounge with billiard table, daily newspapers, magazines, free wifi, and concierge services. Take in a movie in the private movie theatre that seats 20 with free popcorn, play video games in the video room or enjoy the on-site chef who prepares dinner for guests on scheduled nights. The Club House also offers an outdoor living area with plush seating, pool and spa, outdoor fireplace and gas barbecues. A fully equipped 24 hour fitness center with it’s own "quiet" pool is a short walk from our unit.

Near to us are many activities to keep active and busy. Of course, multiple wonderful golf courses are within a few minutes – including the 36 holes at the Grayhawk Golf Club, the 36-hole TPC (site of the Waste Management Open) and many others. Tennis and PIckleball courts are located right next door. Bike or hike the 25 miles of bike paths right outside your door or drive a few minutes to the Mcdowell Sonoran Preserve for desert hiking or mountain biking.

A lovely shopping center with groceries, several great restaurants and shopping is ten minute walk. A short drive takes you to many more wonderful restaurants and shopping including the Desert Ridge Mall and Kierland Commons among many others. Other attractions include Westworld (Barrett Jackson car auction and Arabian Horse shows), Univ of Phoenix Stadium (Arizona Cardinals), PHX Arena (Phoenix Suns and Mercury), Chase Field (Diamondbacks), Old Town Scottsdale, Mayo Clinic, and Scottsdale Memorial Hospital all easily accessible. Being a couple of minutes from the 101 freeway offers access to all of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area with shopping, dining, theater and endless activity.

The condo was wonderful. Fully stocked with all sorts of amenities in the kitchen and though out. Plenty of dishes , cookware, bakeware and spices. Even an airfryer and high speed blender. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool. Lovely patio to enjoy. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions. Highly recommend.

Scottsdale Living at it's best!

My family came to visit me in Scottsdale for the holidays and I found this property on this site. I was impressed from my first inquiry e-mail to the owner. I highly recommend this property. The unit looks like the pictures and the owner gives great attention to detail, no inquiry goes unanswered. Everything is as described and the unit is unmatched. The owner gives instructions for every appliance, gadget in the unit, and if you rent the property, YOU MUST read all the instructions and manuals in order to understand the full amenities being offered. The area and complex are impeccable and as my 90 year old grandpa (who stayed in the unit) repeatedly said about his stay: "amazing". We will rent this again unit whenever possible.

Didn't want to leave...

This condo is definitely a warm, inviting, and comfy condo...it has all the amenities you need! It is spacious, and nicely decorated. Loved the separate tv area, so our child could go and relax in their own space. It was very clean when we arrived, and was well stocked. They keep everything you need on hand, so immediately upon your arrival you can relax! The beds are extremely comfortable too. It is close to shopping, and restaurants. You can either take a short walk or drive and you have many places to choose from. It has easy access to the airport as well. The Edge/Venu complex is a great facility, and provides many amenities for its' patrons. We used the clubhouse often...movie theatre, pool, fitness center etc. They are even starting to have more activities for children as well. The owners were excellent to deal with, and I would recommend this unit to family and friends (in fact, we already have!) Once we have our timeline for vacation next year, we hope to book the condo again. There are many things to do in the area, and is a great location for anyone. Hopefully you enjoy your stay here as much as we did....

Great condo,great complex,great owner. I can't say enough good things about everything.The condo itself had everything you needed and he had a book describing how everything worked,very well organized. there was a great room at complex that was tremendous,free coffee and people who could help you with anything you needed. Cameron was always super nice when I called about something,he even played golf with me one day when he was in town. I just hope I can rent it again next year.

Really enjoyed our two month stay. Great location and the facilities at The Edge are excellent. Kitchen is very well equipped and we were very comfortable. Cameron was very helpful.
