Charming Charlevoix Cottage with Modern Upgrades - Short walk to Township Beach
Located in the Historic Pine Point and just 2 1/2 miles to downtown Charlevoix, 15 min. to Boyne City or Petoskey, 1 hour to Mackinac or Traverse City. The cottage has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. WiFi is included as well as a 65 inch Smart TV. All new kitchen with stainless steel appliances including gas range, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, refrigerator and laundry. All linens and towels are provided. The rear 15’ x 42’ deck is complete with sectional seating and a large umbrella for relaxing with friends and family as well as a large round table and chairs. A gas grill is also located on the deck. Don’t forget to take a nap in the hammock. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for the beach which is only a five minute walk. Fall color tours and outdoor winter sports are also popular in the Charlevoix area. This cottage is perfect for a family vacation, a girl’s weekend, guy's golf weekend or winery/brewery tours. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles.
