Comfortable and clean 3 bedroom cottage located on a private wooded lot in Pine Point neighborhood, north of downtown Charlevoix. Only two miles from the heart of town & within 10 minutes of Castle Farms. Gorgeous views of the north shore of Lake Charlevoix greet you as you approach the cottage & the sandy neighborhood beach is a short walk away. Conveniently located to Boyne City, Petoskey, and Traverse City.

Sip your morning coffee on the serene 3-season porch, then enjoy an evening BBQ & star-gazing on the large deck, after a day at the beach. Cozy up to the fire pit & make s'mores!

Lots of recent updates including new mattresses, new bedding, new furniture. Added additional fans and a new washer/dryer in response to guest feedback.  Another recently added feature is the fantastic new gas fireplace; perfect for chilly nights!

Please be respectful of our neighbors as the cottage is located in a neighborhood with a mix of full-time & seasonal residents. Please be sure to leave the cottage in the condition that you found it; we take great care in keeping it pristine for all of our guests. Most importantly, enjoy your stay!

You will have access to the entire cottage during your stay, except for the outside sheds. RECENT UPDATES include a brand new washer & dryer and a brand new gas fireplace, which guests are welcome to use and enjoy!

Our little family had the best time! Property is tucked into a little slice of nature and the surroundings are gorgeous. The cabin itself is comfortable and like being right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Pine Point Cabin was perfect for us as we were in Charlevoix for our Grandson's wedding which took place at nearby Castle Farms. The owner Deb was easy to communicate with as she was very prompt with answers to our questions. Also, she was very gracious by accommodating us an early check in time which was very helpful to us. The Cabin has a lovely front porch with comfortable furniture. Also the outdoor deck was very nice for us also. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was very comfortable. We highly recommend this property which is located a few doors away from Lake Charlevoix.

Deb’s place is cozy, clean and very conveniently located just 5 min drive from Charlevoix, and not far from Petoskey and Harbor Springs—while still being tucked away in a serene location close to lake Charlevoix. We arrived with fresh flowers on the table which added a special touch. Thanks for the great stay :).

Perfect anniversary weekend away

Host was very helpful with local restaurant suggestions, very easy access to Petoskey and Charlevoix, smooth check in, and she was kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy in a wooded village

I have to be honest: I didn't really stroll around the neighborhood in the month that I stayed, but it didn't feel right calling it a neighborhood either. It's more of a village because nobody is right next door on any side! It is quaint Just trees. And I was there in the winter. The other seasons would place this retreat in a snug little alcove of trees, a few steps up from the lake.The pictures told me that this would feel like going to "the ol' family cottage up north", and that is how I felt at Deb's place! It had everything I needed because it was so well stocked. The living room is spacious, has a nice electric fireplace for ambience, fantastic windows, a long couch and, imo, the best spot of all is a little spot with a fancy old professor's chair and footrest with a simple black table and lamp. If you like to read, bring several books.The whole place was honest and comfortable and my whole experience was one of ease. Deb is great at getting back with any needed information and is genuinely interested in you enjoying your stay.

One small bathroom was very difficult wirh a party of 6. Recommend this place for a couple. No dishwasher and no dish cloths to wash dishes in the sink. Could use some home upgrades. Location was very nice though. Host was very responsive.

The house/cottage was so cute and cozy. From the property to house and decor…it give a perfect up north by the beach vibe. The house was spotless, very clean and well put together. The linens were all freshly laundered. The kitchen was efficient for making meal. The enclosed porch is a great spot for reading or playing games. And the deck is great for coffee in the morning, just the right amount of morning sun/shade. We loved it and we would definitely rent again when in the area.

Lovely little cottage just outside of Charlevoix. Very quiet, very short, walk to the beach, and a quick drive into town for everything you need.The property was clean and just what you need for a weekend to get away. The house was cozy and had a great library and a great four seasons room to read in. The owner was very accommodating when I asked to extend our reservation and it was a very smooth process.

We LOVED this cottage and location in Charlevoix is so great for access to other towns and activities. Although close in it felt miles away. Furnished with a cozy “up North” vibe. Deer outside the window, too!

Cozy cabin in the North Country

Very pleased with our choice to stay here for a week. Lovely place with a touch of class, so nicely decorated and organized. Comfortable beds. The owner has put a lot of her talent into making it such a special place. We all loved our time here!

Served a purpose

This cottage was perfect for our annual ski trip for all us to hang out and have a nice homemade dinner after skiing all day. The only bummer was that when we got there, we had to shovel the snow to get in the place and the porch stairs all had ice on them. Also, the bedroom walls were very thin that we heard every conversation and noise made. Which wasn’t that big of deal because we are very tight with each other and we had a good laugh about it the next morning.

Perfect Cabin

This is our second time staying at the property and we love it! The location is amazing (right down the road from the water), but yet secluded in the woods. Cabin is clean and well kept with the most amazing screened in porch. We will for sure be back again next summer!

Perfect solitude for 5 weeks

Very nicely furnished. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices and such. Nice deck for entertaining. We tried to rent again for next year and the time is already booked. Only suggestion is to fix the stairs. The last step is over standard height and everyone who visited tripped. Thx for a wonderful memory.

Family Reunion in Charlevoix

Clean and tidy property, cottage, and furnishings. Perfectly located! A short walk to the lake but with enough distance to be secluded and quiet. Surprisingly roomy inside, we loved the sun room. Views of trees from all windows were a welcome change from seeing fences and neighbor's houses. Nice furnishings. Homey and comfortable without being informal and worn. Washer and dryer were great, allowing us to pack light and be ready for the next day at the lake. Lots of "nice to haves" in the kitchen, did not need to buy spices, oil, etc. We would return in a heartbeat!

Lovely stay- cabin short walk to lake

Simple cabin as described. They ask that you don’t use the fireplace which was a bummer since it was cold but I imagine you wouldn’t need it in the summer and there is heating. The lake is just down the street and quite lovely. The living room is a bit dark but the 3 seasons room has nice lighting. Listing is as advertised and communications were easy, quick, and friendly.

Great getaway

My family of four had a terrific time staying at this house. The property was clean, well situated, and had everything we needed. Perfect for a lazy day at the nearby beach with a campfire at night or as a home base for exploring the many sights of northern Michigan. As my daughter said, "home sweet rental home."

Great Cottage

We just stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience and loved the cabin. It was almost perfect except for no laundry (which was my fault for not double checking before booking). The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and hanging out as a family! Owners were very responsive and helpful.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this Charlevoix vacation home. There was a beautiful deck, sunroom, and, awesome nearby beach. The owners were very responsive to very small issues that arose and took care of things immediately. I missed on the listing that a washer and dryer was not included. We were there for 2 weeks and that was a bit of a bummer. But, that was my fault for not checking the listing more carefully.

Love the location and outdoor space

Great little cottage that has a wonderful screened porch and patio. Near Lake Charlevoix and wooded area. Would love to have more working fans as it was pretty warm when we were there.
