Experience a comfortable and convenient stay at our 1300 sq ft fully equipped condo that features a spacious living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings.

Enjoy the community swimming pool which is only 3 minutes drive from the condo, or the amazing Lake Tahoe beaches, less than 15 minutes drive.

This condo comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with the following bedding arrangements:
King Bed in the Main Bedroom #1
Queen Bed in Bedroom #2
Two Twin Bunk Beds in Bedroom #3

Stay connected with fast WiFi, and watch your favorite shows on the 75" TV in the living room or the 55" TV in the main bedroom with Netflix. In-unit washer & dryer are available, and fresh linens and towels are also provided for your comfort.

Parking
======
Parking is easy with one permit for a covered spot in the building and one permit for the Tahoe Village parking. Please note that the two parking passes must be returned upon checkout or an extra $50 charge per pass will apply.

Heating & Cooling
==============
Each room has a thermostat to control the room's temperature.
The condo does not have air conditioning. (Mostly not needed at the elevation of 7,500 ft).

Guest Access
==============

Enjoy the building's common area which includes a balcony with a grill and a sitting area overlooking the mountains. Relax in the community pool & hot tub which are located only 3 minutes drive away.
Enjoy hiking or biking the Tahoe Rim Trail with breathtaking views, that is located just across the road.
Take a short drive to Lake Tahoe's amazing beaches or heavenly village where you can shop and dine in the finest shops and restaurants around Tahoe.

* The elevator is currently out of order. The condo is located on the fourth floor, with 84 stairs leading to the unit.
Please make sure that you and your guests are able to go up and down the stairs before you book. We apologize for any inconvenience.

* There is a security camera located outside the entrance door.
