If we could give this place 10 stars we would. Prime location, beautifully appointed, thoughtful touches throughout, the grounds are gorgeous, the private beach stunning. Close to some of the best of the Oregon coast. Bonus that we could bring our furry family. The hosts made sure that our dog had her own welcome basket. Overall fabulous stay. Just what we needed!

Tranquility

Complete & total peaceful rejuvenation without schedules or agenda. Best possible respite from occupational overload. Walked nearly deserted beach collecting agates & new memories. Unbelievable hiking nearby & fantastic restaurants both North & South of property. Isolation elation!

Nice place once you check in

It’s a nice studio apartment with easy access to the beach which at low tide is quite nice. However my check in was frustrating as it took me an hour and a half to get in. I could not get anyone on the phone. Curiously this property group requires you to check in after five but no one answers their phone after 5. You only get answering machines. Since there’s very spotty cell service I had to drive around to get service. I made four or five phone calls to try to get into the place. Finally I was a given a special code. This lock was not fixed during my stay. Also the instructions for locking the door indicated that you just had to turn the knob but you actually have to hit a button after you turn the knob. So I left my door open during the day. Later I requested a bathmat and a corkscrew. I never heard back even after four days. The property manager did show up that first night and offered me a small refund due to the inconveniences, but I have yet to see that refund.

As stated in the information about this property, there is a phone for guest use on the premises due to the spotty cell service. Our team has inspected the lock at the location you stayed and it is working properly for locking or unlocking. We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with the door.
