Nice place to stay, good central location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast last weekend at Yachats! The rental was clean and right in the middle of everything! The Sip & Stroll was so much fun and I liked not having to drive afterwards, since we were close enough to walk home. Overall a great little getaway rental! Need to work on the wifi tho, we never were able to link to it and the cell service was sketchy at best.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay - our check in was a bit wonky. Never received an email with the check in information - when I reached out by phone they told me my reservation was not paid in full (which it was) and asked for credit card information. Seemed confused on who my reservation was made through - Vrbo vs rental property company. Overall, it worked out just felt alarming at first. Super cute spot - great location. Only recommendation I have for the property is - provide some outdoor patio furniture to relax in.
