Guinevere's Cottage - Meredith Lodging

This charming romantic and cozy cottage is located in Yachats, just across the river, and south of the Village, so very easy stroll into town, or across Hwy 101 to Yachats Ocean Rd, to the entrance stairs to the beach. It is truly a 'Hansel and Gretel' cottage, with wonderful cozy throws to snuggle up under, on the cushy couch, with propane stove for ambiance. Fabulous covered front deck has Adirondack chairs, great for relaxing with a glass of your favorite beverage, enjoying the Yachats days, peaks of the ocean, or to unwind. Stroll into town to view some of the many shops, or dine in Yachats many wonderful restaurants. The Cottage has everything you'll need, just bring your clothes and food! It is sure to become a favorite getaway, for a singles retreat, couples romantic vacation, or small families. Pet friendly! (limited to 1 small pet only, up to 30 pounds maximum). Guinevere's Cottage also provides a lovely workspace for those who might need to get down to business while on vacation!

The house was just perfect for a party of one. It was clean, no problem in getting in and the awesome wood stove. Sitting and listening to the rain and be warned by the fire. I’ll definitely be renting this place again.

Really enjoyed the place, was a good setup for a cozy weekend at the beach. They really went above and beyond to provide a little doggie box with a bowl, towels & blankets Kitchen was fine to cook in, super appreciated all the spices available to cook a little meal. Only real complaint is the lighting setup is a little strange and the sink for the kitchen is extremely small. Also would be nice if they had any bit of hand soap in their little soap packaging provided.

A treasure

A welcome respite from our daily lives nestled in surrounding towering trees, and just a skip, hop , and jump to the estuary. Beautifully appointed and mindfully stocked to ensure our stay was a seamless experience.

Sweet Coastal Cabin

Truly a wonderful stay. The cabin was so cozy and warm and had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to the beach and into town! Would definitely come back.

Quiet beautiful little cottage

The place is adorable and quaint with lots of little interesting details throughout! Lots of books to read, puzzles, DVD’s and a Roku TV. The beach is right down the street and is absolutely beautiful. My partner and I loved the coffee maker and the ability to cook dinners in the small kitchen. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Privacy

We really enjoy staying here because it is quiet and beautiful. You feel like you’re in a little cottage in the woods, but you minutes from dining and the beach. This was our second stay and we will come back again!

The perfect getaway cabin

We recently stayed at Gwen’s cabin. It has everything for a relaxing Oregon coast vacation. It is nestled in the coastal old growth forest and located only minutes from the beach and town center.

Yachats and this property are perfect for a short getaway, to unwind and relax. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen had what I needed to make small meals. Weekend perfect!

Perfect Cabin Getaway

We absolutely fell in love with the cabin. They have everything you could ever want. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/bakeware, the shelves are full of nautical/foraging/PNW themed books, and there's a great selection of board games. The cabin is in the perfect peaceful area, just a short walk to the beach and the town. We are definitely coming back during our next trip to the coast

Relaxing getaway weekend

The little cottage was a fantastic escape for our small family. The location was great, easy walk to town but quiet enough and off the road enough to let the 2 year old and dog play in the yard without worrying. The cottage has lots of well thought out details and the kitchen is very well stocked. We would love to visit the cottage again.
