This beach home is walking distance to the Gulf (2 blocks), the sound (across the street) and local restaurants, bars and shopping (trolly available). A sidewalk on the west side leads directly to the beach. The entire house and yard is available for your vacation enjoyment. Back yard is fenced. Parking for up to 6 vehicles is available. Beneath the home is an outdoor patio and area to hang out to BBQ. Indoor/outdoor cat comes with the house. No other animals allowed.
