Perfect family house!

Our family had a wonderful week in Pensacola! The house was laid out well with bedrooms and bathrooms for infant to teenage cousins and adults. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the we loved the outdoor storage for our chairs, umbrellas and toys. Quick easy beach access too! Hope to visit again soon!

Great enclosure underneath to keep all of our beach gear for the week. Only a few things needed: more cooking utensils in the kitchen, need to bring own spices (maybe add this to the list of not provided), stairs and railings need some attention for safety reasons, door locks with a passcode would be more convenient than actual keys.

Whenever we have had an issue, very prompt attention has ben paid so as to not interrupt our stay.Everything is great about this house except the grill, oh how I wish a new grill would be purchased. There are no bowls and over the years the larger serving platters have gone. We recognize the knives we have purchased and left over the years as well as other kitchen utensils, but a new blender will be needed soon. Small suggestions of an otherwise perfect house.

And then BRBo doesn’t send the $ it collects to Paradise quickly to hold the spot. Thank goodness for Paradise checking my age or we would not know and lost the reservation even after putting up a credit card depositThe only recommendation would be some type of shelf or pantry. Every cabinet had things in it so we had to rearrange things when we got there in order to not have food on the counter (a lot of food for 12 people)

Our stay was great! Family said, “If we’re going to do the beach, this is how we want to do it!”

The location of the home and its proximity to the beach was perfect!! The size was just right for our family. Several family members commented after staying here they will never stay in a beach condo again. The house was extremely well stocked, and we loved all the available parking space! However, I have two areas for improvement: the stair railing on the west side of the balcony as well as that on the front entrance to the home is not sturdy and is in desperate need of repair. It really is a safety hazard. Also, there was a huge dark spot on the bottom right of the main television screen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

We split the family between two houses and this is where the older generation stayed. It was right on the water so perfect to enjoy the beach. Great family time

The beach is right outside. So nice to walk from the house right on to the beach. There is access to the beach from the back porch & door under the house. The pictures looked like you had to walk around the front of the house to access the beach but you don’t. Loads of storage space under the house, hose for equipment & feet, grill and tables. The house fit all of us easily and we didn’t feel cramped. Kitchen was well stocked, could of used a few more dish towels and regular size bowls for cereal, but we all managed just fine. Add a pool & we would be there every year. A great house for sure!!
