This was by far the best rental ever. It was the cleanest home I have ever been in. The home was beautifully remodeled. Everything worked as expected. Host responses were immediate to a question. Bed was comfortable. We spent a week. As return visitors to the area, we will definitely book again; I hope often. Location was quiet and 10 min from family. The mini splits in the Bay Area are genius. Great off street parking. This is where you want to stay in the East Bay.

Perfect stay in Berkeley area

I had an amazing time visiting friends some friends in the Berkeley area. Place was everything I needed. Was able to cook in the kitchen that is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Perfect space for a single traveler or couple. Would gladly stay again if in the area.

The house was adorable. Everything in its place, clean, nicely furnished and completely accessible. Excellent location, parking. Our stay could not have been better.

Pleasant Location and Accommodation

The home was appropriately furnished and accurately listed on the website. Bed was comfortable and kitchen adequately equipped. Floors were cold even with heaters turned up.
