Come stay at our private, quiet and newly renovated townhome located in the heart downtown. This spacious duplex is perfect for a group of traveling friends or families looking for a peaceful stay. It includes 4 bed rooms, large living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 full-size family kitchen. Outdoor area space is shared with the 2nd townhome, but you will have own dining table and chairs! There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unfinished basement shared with the 2nd townhome.

The house is within walking distance to downtown Oneonta and only:

Great stay!

I stayed here while my son played at All Star Village this Summer. It was the perfect location - less than 10 minutes away from the fields. Super clean, with well appointed rooms and great A/C! I used the shared grill almost every night. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Duplex for ASV Families

Overall a nice place! Communication was top notch from the owner and they allowed us to come early since the unit was open. 10 min from All Star Village! Great location, safe area. Rental was clean and updated with new furnishings and bed mattresses were comfortable. Small backyard for young kids to play. The one bathroom is small but we were able to easily make it work with 6 people. Also had a washer and dryer which we were happy to have.
