On the beautiful island of Cayman Brac, enjoy Sonscape's private guest suite that opens right onto the beach and is located 100 feet from the water, offering excellent snorkeling and diving. Relax in a hammock, enjoy magnificent sunsets and incredible stars. The West End is also where everything is located - the airport, stores, restaurants - you're centrally located but you're still in a very private place at the end of the street.

Sonscape's guest suite offers approximately 700 square feet of living space that includes 1 private bedroom, a living/dining area, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen and its own washer. All linens, dishes and cookware are ready for your use.

Cayman Brac is a sister island to the highly developed island of Grand Cayman and has managed to remain unspoiled, making it the perfect antidote to the over-programmed resort vacation. Explore the island’s many hidden treasures while relaxing in your own private retreat. Whether rock-climbing, caving, shelling, diving, fishing, snorkeling, bird watching, hiking, walking the shoreline or simply relaxing is what you desire, you will have a vacation to remember. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the laid-back island pace in your cozy suite on the beach.

Listen to the never-ending rhythm of the gentle rolling waves and feel the cooling breezes as you enjoy the warm sunshine and stunning sunsets any time of the year. There is plenty of privacy and you'll enjoy the small yellow songbirds and the island's native brown booby and frigate birds that seem to enjoy the lush, tropical surroundings. The visibility in the water is incredible and the coral reefs endless. The low temperature of the water in mid winter is 78F so you can swim all year long. We call Cayman Brac 'detox from life'. The most difficult part of your vacation will be packing your sandals and leaving this absolute tropical paradise!

Great location!

Krista was amazing and very communicative, the apartment was perfect and had pretty much everything one might need (worth doing a quick survey before running to the store ). Krista had good recommendations for car rentals, who met us at the airport and the listing doesn't exaggerate that it's some of the best snorkling on the island (we saw two nurse sharks just off the beach!). Would definitely stay again!

The location was great - 1 house from the very northwest end of island. The dive location and reef off this beach were great! You can hear any movement upstairs very clearly, so if there are occupants it will be noisy. It reminded us of a lake cabin - bafurnishings, anwith a bit hodgepodge

Coral Heaven

The apartment is cute and beautifully situated on the beach. With benches, chairs, and hammocks available, I was able to stargaze in the middle of the night and rock peacefully during the day. The neighbors are beyond friendly and everybody on the island seems to know each other. For a small island getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend Sonscapes for home base. I cannot wait to go back.

A Little Slice of Paradise

This property was just as advertised. We were met at the airport (even though our flight was delayed by 6 hours) and taken to the house. The apartment sits under the main house. It is perfect for two people. Very quiet, gorgeous ocean views. The island is well known to divers and very easy to navigate.It is all iron shore so water shoes are a must. Thank you Krista!

Peace, calm, serenity and so much more

We loved our stay at Sonscape in April 2025. We had 2 weeks of blissful calm at this lovely property. Peaceful beautiful surroundings we had some fabulous relax time. Cayman Brac is just such a great island. We did not want for anything during our stay and my only request for extra pillows was fulfilled quickly. Great location, the property is close to everything you might need from supermarkets, to Barracudas bar, Caykool locally made ice cream, the Captains Table restaurant to Brac Scuba Shak with whom we dived. We didnt want for anything and were very comfortable during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place.

Wow, lovely quiet beach with great snorkelling.

My wife and I had an incredible peaceful stay here while at the brac. lounging in hammocks for the sunset and relaxing for most of the time. the snorkeling off shore of this place is incredible. (We even had dive boats moored 50 meters off shore more than once.) we saw turtles/sharks/barracuda/rays/lobsters snorkerling from here. I would recommend some water booties and careful scouting for a good entry point since there are lots of sea urchins. Hosts were quick with responses and we had everything we needed.
