Beautiful views, serene setting await nestled in the Sierra foothills of Amador County. Peaceful and private 35 acre property with a scenic drive to historic Sutter Creek for antique shopping, dining & wine tasting rooms. Avio Vineyards Winery just 20 minutes away to enjoy Italian inspired wines while looking out over the vines.

Private home with wraparound balconies on rugged semi-mountainous land. Three levels, three living areas, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, 2 half baths. 2200 square feet. Office with desk, monitor adjacent to Master bedroom to multi-task with work while enjoying valley views. Everything completely updated - floors, bathrooms, paint, the works.

Our house is in the country. We are 7 miles to Sutter Creek, 7 miles to Volcano off a winding and pretty road along a creek (the actual Sutter Creek). The house is perched on a steep hill and there is a gravel road to the property.

Private wine area retreat
This house is on a beautiful, large and private lot. We loved sitting out on the deck, enjoying the amazing views. We were near multiple quaint towns and lots of wineries. We will definitely be returning.

The house is very quiet and private! It is located halfway in between Sutter Creek and Volcano-7 miles each way. Please note the property is on a winding gravel road.
