Crystal Tower is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Perfect spot with great view!

Opened the door to that newly painted scent and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The decor was just as pictured and kitchen had nearly everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The sofa sleeper didn’t have sheets that we could find, but there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets that we just used on the sleeper. Would definitely stay here again.

Neighbors EXTREMELY LOUD

Property was perfect! Clean, spacious and amenities were sufficient. Neighbors were LOUD and what sounded like WWF majority of the night into weee hours of the morning…EVERY NIGHT. We came for rest and relaxation and got none of that. We left the last night for a hotel. We were not looking to be displaced to a hotel after already paying for this condo. This was reported to property management and it fell on deaf ears *crickets* just like the parking pass they promised 3 different times to deliver and never did. It was an inconvenience to stop every day at security to get a temporary pass for the day. On top of that, property management wanted to come into the condo during our stay to change batteries in smoke detectors. We pushed back and asked for that to be done when the condo was not rented. No one wants a stranger with your personal property when you are not there. Overall, beautiful condo and place to stay.. however, if you want sleep at night, do not rent this place.

We’re truly sorry that your much-needed rest and relaxation were interrupted by guests next door who seemed to be practicing for the WWF, complete with full-body slams and all-night antics. Crystal Tower is indeed an exceptional resort, and it’s surprising for us to hear about this type of experience since our condos there usually get rave reviews. The HOA security team is responsible for handling noise complaints, and we apologize that they weren’t able to get those rowdy neighbors under control—maybe next time we’ll need to tag a professional in to restore some peace! It also sounds like we really dropped the ball with the parking passes. That should never have happened, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration of having to stop for temporary passes each day. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll use it to improve our processes to ensure smoother experiences in the future. We’d love the chance to host you again and prove that we can win the belt for the best guest experience. Thanks again for your review, and we hope to welcome you back soon for the restful stay you deserve!
