Nice house but the drainage system clogs up

The house was really nice and clean when we checked in. However, with just the 4 of us, the toilet and shower drains clogged when we used the shower at the same time. After a few hours the drainage backflow. Called the property manager around 2 pm and texted but there was no reply. We even sent the owner an email about this drainage with pictures & videos. But to no avail, we did not get any response. We have pictures & videos of what the problem looked like. We feel that we deserve at least a discount for the inconvenience. The two business partners that stayed with us was disappointed. I was so embrassed since they are used to rental properties that don't have any problems especially since bathrooms are the most important.

Not what I thought it would be

The house was pretty nice and clean except for the pool table being broke down with no balls or sticks the closet doors though out the house are halfway off to where if you slide them they fall off and the hot tub water was unusable dir to the water being green, cloudy and dirty But over all it was ok.
