No internet and no help to resolve

The property had no internet. Despite contacting the owner and VRBO there was no help to fix this. I could not work and we had no TV. There was very little toilet paper, not even a full roll and we had to go out and purchase some. Very little plates, cups, etc. There were many holes in the walls, shotty construction work. Even found an old drill bit in the bed. There was an odor of some and strong cologne. The jacuzzi was dirty and not hot. The location was good, near airport and Busch gardens.
