Plenty of unique character and charm, nestled upon a hill with Western (Sunset) views over sandy, all-sports Dewey Lake. 50 feet of shallow/sandy gradual waterfront (great for all ages), with brand new 60ft dock. New 300 square ft deck, with outdoor couch, lounge chairs, gas fire pit & gas grill. Wood-buring firepit on the lower beach area/by the lake (firewood available to purchase nearby). Rental comes with 1 set of towels and plates/bowls/silverware per person - highly suggested to bring disposable plates/silverware & extra towels (no dishwasher or laundry on-site, laundromat located 5 minutes away if needed).

Excellent location

This house is located right on the lake. The views are amazing. It was nice to use the kayak and paddle board which were included. We rented the pontoon boat which was so convenient to have. We loved waking up and drinking coffee by the gas fireplace on the deck. The kitchen had all essentials for cooking. Plenty of room for a larger family. We had 6 adults, but could easily have a few more people.
