Our dining area has three walls with floor to ceiling windows that overlooking the beach & surf. Seamist is a 2 bedroom home. An added bonus is the 3rd sleeping room with 40” smart TV & queen sleeper sofa. Beach access is 100 yds from your front door. This home has an observation room that feels like a ship on the ocean during high tide! Also a living room with stone and agate arched fireplace that overlooks the surf and beach. Fun shops, restaurant and movies are a close walk. Enjoy your rest or favorite read on the new upscale mattresses while listening to the sound of the ocean at night. Explore the nearby tide pools , fly kites or build sand castles by day. Romantics will love the knotty pine and cozy decor throughout. The dining table seats 6 with surf and sand views. Set of stairs at entrance.
Please avoid leaving single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

This was a lovely place to stay. Everything was as listed. The laundry wasn’t usable because they were waiting for a part for the dryer, but we made an outing of it by going to Newport and doing the wash! We would definitely come back again!

Better than the pictures!

Nothing compares to the view from this house! The window seating area was to die for and just extremely peaceful. I went with 3 friends and it was so comfortable and had just what we needed. It was quick beach access and beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

The house was clean and had gorgeous views. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were cozy. Check-in was simple and quick. Many things were broken, however. Several blinds wouldn’t come down and there was one window that had a broken latch so it couldn’t open. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Cozy and Well-Stocked Home with a Great View!

This was the perfect sized home for our party of five. I loved how they had a loveseat right in front of the big bay window, I spend much of my time there! There are four, nice sized parking spaces which was very nice as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely ocean view but right above one the the few drive on beaches so you look onto a bunch of cars.

Probably my fault I didn’t see all the stairs to the unit. My husband had a hard time with his mobility issues. Kitchen sink got plugged up water wouldn’t go down. One shower seemed to squirt up and all over. It was clean and fairly nice.

Absolutely adorable home. Window shades were not all working and we had a few spiders to remove from inside the house. But overall it was a wonderful place. Thank you very much! tostay. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved our stay. We spent hours on the couch watching and listening to the ocean. Beach access was so easy. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. We would stay there again. One drawback was it overlooks a drive-on beach area and one of the nights someone was driving crazy on it and woke us up in the middle of the night.

Exactly what we needed

We had a wonderful time. This house was very clean. The views were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were soft. We loved the games at the house like jenga, we did puzzles and watched the sunset. The fire place was so cozy! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view, not very clean

Absolutely loved the location and the views. The house itself is beautiful, just a little old. I expected normal wear and tear inside, but somethings (like the moldy looking shower doors) were gross. The baseboards and window seals, etc, were very dirty.

Wonderful Rental

One of the best beach views we have ever had. Easy beach access a few steps away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was clean, well-stocked and just as the listing described. We saw whales from the deck, explored the tide pools daily and had the most incredible sunsets each and every night. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful View of Ocean

We enjoyed our beach bungalow with ocean views all around. More attention was needed from cleaning crew; base boards were dirty, big picture window had children’s fingerprints and there were dirty dishes in dishwasher from previous guests. The ability to raise and lower the blinds was a little challenging on some windows and the bathroom upstairs shower door needs maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed the space.

Sweet Place to hang out for a weekend.

My mother and I spent a lovely weekend watching the waves and drinking tea. This is a sweet little house with two bedrooms, which allows plenty of privacy when needed, but also boasts an excellent front row seat (couch, actually) for you to look out to the ocean and people watch while cozy inside. The only caveat to this place is that the stairs going up to the second bedroom are steep and narrow - within spec, but I wouldn't try to hoist a big suitcase up there again!
